Felt Roofing

We are approved installers for a number of different built up felt manufacturers ranging from a 5 to 25 year guarantee

Guttering Cleaning Service

We have our own Skyvac machine and a trained team to carry out all gutter cleaning from the ground, eliminating the need for working at a height

Cherry Picker Service (MEWP)

We offer a Cherry Picker MEWP service and an operator for up to a 52m boom, to carry out roof surveys, repairs and works

Specialist Working at Height

We can offer abseiling services for inspections and maintenance works. Rope access is proven, reliable and a safe method of working at height

ZINC Roofing

ZINC is fantastic as a roofing product. It is flexible and can be ideal when used for unusual shapes. It also comes in a range of colors and finishes

Rubberbond EPDM Fleeceback

We are approved installers of EPDM Fleeceback singleply system. This comes with a 20 year guarantee

Asbestos Removal

We have a specialist team approved in non-licensed Asbestos removal, covering notifiable and non notifiable

Liquid Waterproofing Systems

We are approved in many liquid waterproofing systems, offering a guarantee between 5 to 25 years

Sheeting & Cladding

We offer a range of sheeting and cladding products with a tailor made service

We are Unifold Guttering approved specialists. Bringing life back into old gutters

We can supply and fit a wide choice of rainwater systems both traditional and modern, to suit all tastes and applications

ASPHALT can form a continuous waterproof covering over many surfaces or worked around various projections

In addition to our roofing services, we can incorporate a range of carpentry and refurbishment services such as box gutters and dagger boards

We are proficient at installing anti slip flooring systems installing them on bridges, walkways, station platforms and GRP designated walking routes

We are a proud, family roofing company established in 1983 based in Shirley, Croydon providing roofing works on both commercial and residential properties throughout London and the surrounding areas as well as all the Home Counties.

Being a family run business, we strive to provide an elite, personal service for all clients, existing and new. We can provide a full technical roofing survey and report, by our qualified technical managers. Team GS Moore strive relentlessly each day to keep up with current legislation and modern day requirements and we are constantly researching and testing the latest products available to give our clients the best options available. We are approved fitters in many top quality roofing products and are RISQS and Chas approved also.

Our many clients include Network Rail, for whom we have provided roofing services to for over 20 years.
Our staff hold Sentinel cards and we are also approved to work on London Underground projects. Other clients include Kings College London, schools, nursery’s, large car parks, Churches and Hospitals to name a few.

Initiating fresh, new ideas to the railway sector

40 Years working with Network Rail

GS Moore Roofing Contractors Limited have been working for Network Rail both directly and via main contractors for over 40 years and have won many awards for our high standard of workmanship.

Awards include Lewes Station, East Farleigh Station and we have also recently been nominated for our prestigious works at Bognor Station. We have initiated many fresh and new ideas to the railway sector which have been approved due to longevity and efficiency of the product but also reducing health and safety risks.

We have worked on major projects such as the Re-design and installation of a new GRP canopy at Sittingbourne Station. Total roof, timber and polycarbonate glazing replacement to Margate Station then installation of permanent high level horizontal safety lines on completion to ensure that roof maintenance and access is easy and safe for the future. Ornate timber, Heritage Lead and Stone Mason works to Eastbourne Station Clock Tower. Mastic Asphalt works to Waterloo, London Bridge & Paddington Stations. Heritage Lead works to Lewes Station. We have also recently carried out non slip walkway liquid system to Elmstead Woods station and all line marking on completion. Refurbishment of Vistek Steps to Durrington-on-Sea Station.

Perpetually looking for new products, systems and innovative ideas to improve our health & safety procedures, we at GS Moore Roofing take Health & Safety very seriously.

It is our intention that all work be carried out in accordance with the relevant statutory provisions and all reasonably practicable measures taken to avoid risk to employees and others who can be affected by our works.

We ensure all staff meet minimum standards before going on site and have the relevant professional training for their trade through apprenticeships and specific manufacturer training programs. We believe by giving this high level of training, our employees have a good safety and behavioural culture and are fully trained on the roofing systems they use to carry out their jobs safely, and to a high standard.
