G.S. Moore Roofing are proud and honoured to welcome Zhenya (nickname Jack) from the Ukraine to Team GSM.
Due to a medical condition, Zhenya was not able to fight for his county in the war and applied to travel to the UK.
G.S. Moore Roofing found a sponsor locally for Zhenya to live with under the Homes for Ukraine scheme and have also employed him full time. Zhenya is now insured to drive our company vehicles and help our team. He is learning the ropes and we are thrilled to have him on board.
In addition to this, one of G.S. Moore’s directors have opened up their home to a Ukrainian family (Mother and two children) who have found local jobs and are also now enrolled at a local school.
We are proud supporters of Ukraine and continue to offer help and assistance.
